PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS
Henry the rooster was found in a homeless encampment when he was a baby. Lovingly raised by a sweet lady named Penelope, she was heartbroken when Henry began crowing at 5:00 AM and her landlord said he had to go. Henry now has a new job letting all the folks at Rancho Providencia know when the sun rises.
